We could say that HTC One (M7) made a small revolution in smartphones in terms of design, but unfortunately HTC were celebrating the success too long. The One (M8) was a good smartphone, but the newest One (M9) just doesn't look like a new smartphone.

That has affected HTC's business a lot and the company is struggling for months now. The company is already working hard on a new flagship smartphone, which was confirmed by the CEO of HTC Cher Wang. Codenamed HTC Aero, the new flagship device will arrive in October and will be different from the company's 2016 flagship. At the moment, there is no word on specifications except it will have high-end innards.
