According to Apple Insider and purported Foxconn document, the new Apple iPhone 6s will have a 12 MP rear-facing camera that we already knew about thanks to recent leak. What we didn't know is it will arrive two other big improvements over the current generation iPhone 6 phones.

It will be the first Apple smartphone with 2 GB of RAM, which should improve multitasking. The company will also replace the existing 1.2-megapixel front shooter on iPhone 6 with a 5-megapixel camera, which will be a significant improvement. Apple is expected to announce iPhone 6s and rumoured iPhone 6s Plus before the fall, but it is still too early to comment on that.
