Earlier today, Vivo has announced two new smartphones for the Indian market that aim at the mid-range segment. Dubbed the Vivo V1 and Vivo V1 Max, the smartphones are going to sell for somewhere between INR 15,000 to 20,000 once they launch later this month.

The company also revealed specs only for the V1 phone, which will come with a 5-inch 720p HD display, a 64-bit Snapdragon 410 with a 1.2 GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 processor and Adreno 306 GPU, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of expandable storage, and a 2,300 mAh battery.

There is a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash, a 5 MP wide-angle front snapper with f/2.0 aperture, Android 5.0 Lollipop with FunTouch OS on top of it. Other specs include dual-SIM support, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS.
