China-based smartphone vendor Oppo will start marketing its Mirro 5s in the Taiwan market on July 9, with plans to unveil its new R7 smartphone in the local market one week later.

The Oppo Mirror 5s features a 5-inch (720x1280 pixels) HD TFT display, 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) CPU coupled with an Adreno 306 GPU, and 2GB of RAM.

It also sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and LED flash, while housing a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.

Meanwhile, the R7 will feature a 5-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display, Qualcomm quad-core Snapdragon 615 CPU, 13-megapixel rear camera and a 8-megapixel front-facing camera.

The R7 supports VOOC mini mobile charging technology, with 5 minutes of charging able to support two hours of talk time.
