Revenues at DRAM chipmakers Inotera Memories and Nanya Technology continued to fall in June 2015 dragging down their revenues for the second quarter.

Inotera has estimated June revenues at NT$5.15 billion (US$166 million) - the lowest level in 24 months. Inotera's revenues for the second quarter of 2015 came to NT$16.15 billion, slipping 12.5% on quarter.

Inotera's cumulative 2015 revenues through June decreased about 17% from a year earlier to NT$34.6 billion.

Nanya has reported revenues of NT$3.44 billion for June 2015, hitting the lowest level in 28 months. Revenues for the second quarter totaled NT$11.16 billion, down 7.3% sequentially.

Nanya's revenues for the first half of 2015 amounted to NT$23.18 billion, down 1.8% from a year ago.

Inotera and Nanya are both scheduled to hold their quarterly investors meetings on July 28 to discuss their performance in the second quarter and guidance for the third quarter.
