It is not very often to see a mid-range smartphone with metal chassis and in most cases, metal is reserved for flagship devices. Today, ZTE has announced the Blade D6, a mid-range smartphone that features a high-grade aluminum body and will become available very soon.

Both pricing and availability details aren't available, but let's hope those two very important things won't ruin this nice looking mid-range handset, which is only 6.95mm thin and weighs 120g. In terms of specifications, you get a 5-inch 720p IPS display powered by MediaTek MT6735 SoC, which has a 64-bit 1.3 GHz quad-core CPU and Mali-T720 GPU, paired with 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of expandable storage and a 2,200 mAh battery. There is a 13 MP rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and an 5 MP selfie snapper, while the rest of the specs include 4G LTE, Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi, dual-SIM functionality.
