The 16 GB storage option on iPhones is no longer enough for many users and the iPhone 6S could be the first Apple handset to no longer have a 16 GB option. M.I.C Gadget claims it has talked with people from Foxconn who say current iPhone packaging does not indicate any phone will have less than 32 GB of storage. The other storage options will be 64 GB and 128 GB.

Other reports have made similar statements, with The Korea Times claiming Apple would increase its base storage option with the new iPhone. Depending on who you pay attention to, the opposite has been stated. Mark Gurman of 9to5Mac posted images that seemed to confirm there would be a 16 GB flash storage chip in some new iPhones.

The iPhone 6S is also expected to have Force Touch, new color options, and an improved camera.
