Acer has released a 2-in-1 Windows device called the One 10 that only costs $200. The One 10 is a tablet/laptop and it is the cheapest one Acer has introduced. For a modest price, the Acer One 10 delivers modest specs, including 32 GB of storage, 2 GB of RAM, and a quad-core Intel Atom processor.

Compared to other budget laptops that cost around $200, the One 10 isn't special. Windows 8.1 is installed out of the box, but a Windows 10 upgrade will be available shortly.

There's a 10.1-inch 1280 x 800 display on the One 10 as well as a USB port and microSD card slot. The microSD slot might come in handy given the low storage on the device.

Acer has included a flexible keyboard dock with the One 10 that can be used to put the hybrid into four different positions.

The laptop is currently available from Acer and other retailers.
