Just hours after we wrote about the Huawei G8, the company has officially announced the smartphone. The handset will come in two variants, one with 2 GB and one with 3 GB of RAM. The first will cost $370, while the latter will be slightly higher priced, at $430.
The rumours were true, as the specs are exactly the same. The phone features a 5.5-inch display with 1,080 x 1,920 pixels resolution, a 64-bit Snapdragon 615 SoC with an octa-core CPU and the Adreno 405 GPU, 16 GB of storage and a 3,000 mAh battery. A 13 MP rear and a 5 MP front camera is included, and below the rear camera is a fingerprint scanner. |
