Asustek Computer recorded net EPS of NT$11.23 (US$0.36) for the first half of 2015, the company said at an August 11 investors conference.

Notebooks and desktops accounted for second-quarter 2015 consolidated revenues of NT$99.366 billion, smartphones, tablets and phablets 22%, components 14% and IoT (Internet of Things) solutions 3%. Among regional markets, Asia accounted for 49% of consolidated revenues, Europe 30% and North America and Latin America together 21%.

Asustek aims to ship 5.4 million PCs, including 4.8 million notebooks, and 7.8 million hand-held devices, including six million smartphones, in the third quarter.
