Apple is slowly getting ready to announce the improved version of iPhone 6, the S version. There have been various rumours, but nothing is yet confirmed. Today, the smartphone has been spotted on the Geekbench database, which reveals possible specifications.

According to the result, the iPhone 6s will come with the A9 chipset, which features a tri-core processor clocked at 1.0 GHz. We can't comment on the RAM amount since there are reports that say 1 GB, while others say 2 GB of RAM. This time, the phone had 2 GB and scored significantly higher than some Android flagships. The single-core test is almost the same, but the new iPhone 6s scored over 1,500 more in the multi-core test than the iPhone 6 Plus, an impressive 4,577.

If the scores are really true, the new A9 chipset performs really well and iPhone 6s could end up as the best performing smartphones.
