Samsung's new flagship handsets have no microSD card slot and that wouldn't be a big problem if the 128 GB models weren't too expensive. At least they were available, but after launching two new models, Samsung has officially discontinued the 128 GB option.
There was a hope after the 128 GB Galaxy Note5 and Galaxy S6 Edge Plus models appeared on Samsung's official site, but the company has issued a statement saying they were listed by a mistake and that there are no plans to offer the large storage variants. This is clearly very disappointing for Samsung fans. The only solution is to purchase the dual-SIM variants, and use the second SIM slot as the microSD card slot. |
