Reports continue to come out claiming Apple will release a smaller, cheaper iPhone and the latest report says the device will launch in November. ChinaTimes reports Apple will launch the 4-inch iPhone 6c in November, months after the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus are announced in September. The phone is said to include a Touch ID fingerprint reader and NFC for Apple Pay.

Foxconn, one of Apple's main suppliers, is increasing its staff to match Apple's production needs for the iPhone 6s, 6s Plus, and 6c.

Apple hasn't announced the iPhone 6s or 6s Plus, but those phones are almost guaranteed to come out shortly. iPhone 6c reports should still be taken with a little more skepticism.
