Samsung might be the only one with the Edge smartphone lineup, but not for long. Several manufacturers have working prototypes and it won't take long before we see first Edge competitors. The latest manufacturer that will release the Edge competitor is Huawei.

The company will use a dual-curved 2K Super AMOLED display, which has a resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels. The display will be produced by Samsung and the expected quantity is around 3 million panels a month, which is a serious number. The screen size is unknown at the moment, but this would be Huawei's first 2K and curved display.
