It might be struggling with disappointing earnings reports, but Samsung isn't firing a large portion of its employees. Samsung has denied reports that the company would layoff around 10,000 jobs at its main offices. No major layoffs will take place, but Samsung is going to relocate some workers when necessary.

Samsung is taking steps to boost profits, but those steps don't currently include layoffs. One thing Samsung will do is implement a salary freeze that'll exist through 2015.

In its latest financial report, Samsung posted a 37.5% decrease in operating income from its smartphone business. The Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge+ may boost revenue for the current quarter.
