Contract prices for 32Gb, 16Gb and 8Gb MLC NAND flash chips all stopped falling in late November, while the drop in prices for 64Gb parts was less sharp.
Late November contract prices for both 16Gb and 8Gb MLC NAND went flat at US$3.38 and US$3.26, respectively, on average. Meanwhile, the price of 32Gb MLC products trended up 1.01% to average US$4.98 in the second half of November.
Average prices for 64Gb MLC NAND chips went down 1.09% to US$9.10 in late November, compared to a more than 7% decline in the former part of the month.
In addition, late November contract prices for 32Gb 3-bit per cell MLC products slid 1.02% to US$3.90 on average, while those for 64Gb 3-bit per cell ones were also down 0.22% to US$8.90.
