The flagship model of Galaxy A series has passed through the Geekbench, confirming possible specifications. Due to capped processor clocks, the results are not comparable to other scores, but at least the benchmark confirmed what hardware the phone is using.

The heart of the phone is Qualcomm's upcoming Snapdragon 620 SoC, which has an octa-core processor and Adreno 510 GPU. The processor contains four Cortex-A72 cores for heavy tasks and four Cortex-A53 for light tasks. The SoC is paired with 3 GB of RAM, and runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.
