Back in late May, a new high-end ZTE handset called Nubia X8 has leaked out. Today, a few months after, we have new details regarding the smartphone. The phone is dressed in Gold and has a slightly different design than the one that was leaked in the first place.

Not much is known about the device. It should carry 4 GB of RAM and a 1,440 x 2,560 pixels resolution, but the display size is unknown. The images reveal several buttons, and the home button contains a fingerprint scanner embedded inside. Other buttons serve as touch volume controls.

A teaser on the official Nubia Weibo page reveals an event on October 15, saying it is "X Time." We have to wait for the official announcement as no other details were revealed.
