ZTE's recently announced high-end flagship Axon lineup has got two new devices, with a third coming soon. The company has just announced a new Axon Mini smartphone alongside Axon Watch. The third device is an Axon phablet called Axon Max, which will arrive very soon.
ZTE Axon Mini is a smaller version of ZTE Axon, featuring unibody constructed from Boeing 787 aircraft-grade aluminum-titanium alloy. The body houses a 5.2-inch 1080p AMOLED 2.5D display, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 SoC with an octa-core processor and Adreno 405 GPU, that is paired with 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of expandable storage, a 13-megapixel rear camera and 8-megapixel front camera, and a 2,800 mAh battery.
The phone will be available from ZTE's online store, from JD.com, and at major retailers in the next few months. It will also reach other markets such as Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Russia, Japan, India, Australia, France, Germany, Turkey, Spain and Italy.
Three color options are available, the $379 Ion Gold and Chromium Silver models and the Rose Gold variant that will cost $399. Some rumors suggest there will be "Mini Premium" that will cost $439, but there is no word on specifications or any other details. |
