Besides extending the warranty of its smartwatch from 1 to 2 years, Huawei has also announced a new affordable smartphone called Honor 5X. The smartphone is part of the popular Honor lineup and is available in China for 999 Yuan, which is the equivalent of around $160.
The phone is extremely well priced, considering it packs a 5.5-inch display with 1080p resolution, Snapdragon 616 chipset with a 64-bit octa-core processor and Adreno 405 GPU, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage and a 3,000 mAh battery. Huawei says the fingerprint sensor is extremely fast and can unlock your device in just 0.4 sec. It has a 13 MP rear camera with dual LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera.
There is also a version with 3 GB of RAM, which costs 1399 Yuan, or $220. The rest of the specs are identical. |
