Huawei is expected to announce their own high-end chipset on November 5. The Kirin 950 SoC is rumoured to pack an octa-core processor clocked at up to 2.4 GHz (four Cortex-A72 and four Cortex-A67 cores), Mali-T880 GPU and will be manufactured using TSMC's 16nm FinFet process.

Ahead of the announcement, the chipset has emerged on GFXBench and according to the results, it is really fast. If the results are true, the chipset will have the best performance among any other mobile chipset. Here are the results:
