Samsung now has a 4K laptop, the ATIV Book 9 Pro, and it will be available for purchase this month. The laptop comes with a 15.6-inch 3840 x 2160 touchscreen display, a Core i7 2.6 GHz processor, 8 GB of RAM, a 256 GB SSD, and a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M graphics card.

The ATIV Book 9 Pro will begin at $1,599, which is a pretty fair price for a high-spec 4K laptop. Some of the main downsides with the device are its weight (4.45 lbs) and its somewhat short 6.5 hour battery life.

Another laptop, the ATIV Book 9 Spin was also introduced by Samsung. That laptop has a 13.3-inch 3200 x 1800 QHD rotating touchscreen display, a 2.5 GHz Intel Core i7 processor, 8 GB of RAM, and 7 hours of battery life. It'll be available for $1,399.

Samsung will begin selling the ATIV Book 9 Pro and ATIV Book 9 Spin through its website and at Best Buy later this month.
