ZTE still hasn't fully introduced the Z11 smartphone, but CEO Ni Fei has confirmed the phone is on the way and it will see a simultaneous launch in the US and China. The Z11 doesn't have a release date and ZTE hasn't revealed the phone's specs. It has been reported the handset will offer a 5.2-inch 2560 x 1440 display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, 4 GB of RAM, 128 GB of storage, and Android 6.0.

The Nubia Z9, which launched earlier this year, has so far done very well on the market. In general, ZTE has done better internationally than Xiaomi or Huawei since those companies have mainly focused on China, whereas ZTE claims to have a strong presence in the US.
