Prior the release of HTC One A9, the company was in a very bad financial situation. Although it was believed the One A9 is the company's next-gen flagship smartphone, many were surprised with the announcement of a mid-range device and were thinking that is the end of HTC.

Although HTC is still under pressure, the latest results reveal that the One A9 actually helped the company to ramp up its sales. The monthly revenue jump to a six-month high in November ($314.32 million), 15% up compared to October's figure. If we compare the last year's numbers, the company is still in a slump and needs more months like this. Since the One A9 will reach other markets just ahead of the holiday time, HTC will probably finish the year on a positive note.
