Microsoft has acknowledged there are some issues with its latest Windows 10 devices and it is apologizing to customers for that reason. The company says it recognizes Surface Book and Surface Pro 4 users have received a "less-than-perfect experience" and Microsoft is "sorry for any frustration this has caused."
Customers have reported crashes, battery issues, and screen flickering ever since the devices came out in October. Some issues were addressed in a large November update, but that update didn't fix everything, especially battery drain during sleep mode.
