Now this is a surprise. Samsung Galaxy S7 has been rumoured to arrive with two chipsets, the Snapdragon 820 and Exynos 8890. According to a rumour out of China, Snapdragon 820 could be exclusive to Samsung Galaxy S7 until the first three months of 2016.
This looks strange as we already had a chance to read about various smartphones that are powered by the Snapdragon 820 chipset. This way, Samsung could have a competitive advantage for a few weeks, as the Galaxy S7 should be announced at Mobile World Congress 2016 in February and start shipping in March.
