When Microsoft introduced its Surface Book, other manufacturers have seen that users want that kind of device, but at a much affordable price. After the Lenovo's Miix 700, the Surface Book has got one more competitor from HP in the form of the Spectre x2 12.

Both models share the same base, including a 12-inch display with 1080p resolution, which can be used as tablet. Users can choose between a 0.9 GHz Core m3-6Y30 with 4 GB of RAM or 1.2 GHz Core m7-6Y75 with 8 GB of RAM. Other specs include 256 GB SSD, 2x USB 3.1 Type-C ports, LTE connectivity. 8 MP and 5 MP rear and front cameras, and 42 Wh battery. |
