Lenovo has just announced its new ThinkPad X1 notebook lineup, which consists out of three members. Those three members come in different sizes and are called ThinkPad X1 Tablet, X1 Yoga and X1 Carbon. They all will be available in January, or February.

The first on the list is the ThinkPad X1 Tablet. It comes with a 12-inch display that has 2,160 x 1,440 pixels resolution and an aspect ratio of 3:2. It is powered by 6th Gen Intel Core m7 vPro, with support up to 16 GB of LPDDR3 RAM and up to 1 TB of PCIe NVMe-SSD. The LTE-A modem is optional and it includes one USB 3.0 port, one USB Type-C port, a microSD card slot and a stereo jack. The company promises up to ten hours of battery.

The biggest advantages are modules, which can be attached to the bottom. The first one increases the battery life time by five hours and is called Productivity Module. It gives you an HDMI port and OneLink+ port for $150.

The second option is the Presenter Module for $280, which gives you ability to create a 60-inch picture from a distance of two meters. The third module is called 3D Imaging Module and costs $150. It scans objects for graphics design and 3D printing with Intel RealSense camera.

The expected price tag is $899 and will be available in the US in February.
