At Consumer Electronic Show 2016, LG has announced its newest addition to its Gram series of notebook, the new 15-inch Gram notebook. Just by looking at it, you could say it reassembles the Apple MacBook Pro, but the laptop is 1 kg lighter than Apple.
The LG Gram weighs 0.98 kg (2.16 lbs), while the 15-inch MacBook Pro weighs 2.04 kg (4.49 lbs). It is also very durable and thin thanks to an aluminum alloy construction. It comes in Gold color option, but the pricing and availability haven't been announced.
In terms of specs, it features a 15-inch Full HD display with IPS panel, sixth-generation Intel Core i5 or i7 processors, 8 GB of RAM, either a 256 GB or 512 GB SSD, Hi-Fi Sound speakers and an HD webcam above the screen. As for connectivity options it includes a USB 3.0 port, a USB Type-C port, HDMI port, Micro USB port and microSD card slot.
LG claims up to seven hours of battery life. |
