Only days after the announcement of Redmi 3, Xiaomi has unveiled another member of the Redmi family. Dubbed the Redmi Note 3, the smartphone is only an updated version of the original Redmi Note 3, and features better specifications, including faster CPU and better rear camera.
The MediaTek Helio X10 chipset has been replaced with the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 650, which features a 64-bit 1.8 GHz hexa-core CPU and Adreno 510 GPU, while the rear-facing camera features a 16-megapixel sensor with f2.0 aperture and phase detection autofocus.The rest of the specs are the same. The pricing and availability will be announced later, but the 16 GB model will cost RMB 999 or around $150.
