Huawei has announced a March 9 event that will take place in Berlin, Germany and that event is probably going to be for the rumored P9 smartphone. The company's invite to the event, for some reason, includes a big photo of beer and the word "beer."
It's been reported the P9 will come in a few variants: the regular P9, the P9 lite, the P9 Max, and an enhanced model. The last version has additional RAM and greater internal storage.
Based on Huawei's previous phones, the P9 may come in at 5.2-inches, while the P9 lite will be 5-inches and the P9 Max will be 6.8-inches.
Multiple leaks have pointed to the inclusion of a dual camera system on the rear of the phone, USB-C, and a fingerprint scanner.
The Huawei P9 is believed to come with a Kirin 950 processor, a Mali T880 MP4 GPU, 32 GB of storage, and a 3900 mAh battery. |
