Apple has just launched two new accessories for the 12.9-inch iPad Pro, a new USB Type-C adapter and charger. The new power brick is rated to 29W, compared to 12W standard power brick, and according to first tests, it charges the 12.9-inch iPad Pro 64 percent faster.

After 20 minutes, the new adapter charges the tablet up to 14 percent, while the standard makes only 5 percent. The faster charger is available for purchase and costs $75. If you own the expensive 12.9-inch iPad Pro, you will still have to spend additional money for the faster charger, that in our opinion should have been included.
