Oppo R9 and R9 Plus phones are currently available only in China, but if the latest media invites tell us something is that the company is getting ready to launch the phones outside China. Oppo has sent out media invites for a phone launch event in India scheduled for April 5.

The invite doesn't tell us that the company will launch R9 and R9 Plus, but the text "Selfie Expert" is more enough to figure out which phones will be announced. The aforementioned handsets include 16-megapixel front-facing cameras and are currently available for RMB 2,799 ($430) in China, RMB 3,299 ($510), respectively.
