Google might not be the only one to be working on a new Chromebook. ASUS is also preparing to replace its old Chromebook with the new ASUS C300SA. The new model isn't official yet, but some European retailers are already listing it, including Unifi, Advance, and Dustinhome.

The ASUS Chromebook will arrive with improved hardware - under the hood will be a new Intel Celeron N3060 Braswell processor instead of a Celeron N2840 Bay Trail chip, paired with 4 GB of RAM, up to 32 GB of storage, and a choice of a 1366 x 768 pixel or 1920 x 1080 pixel display. Other features include 802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, a 48 Wh battery, USB 3.0, headset, HDMI, and SD card ports.
