Google's plans with Project Tango device is to push 3D mapping and augmented reality to the next level, without using GPS or any external signals. The first Project Tango-based handset will come from Lenovo thanks to a partnership announced back at the CES 2016.

As always, this was confirmed by the @evleaks, who also revealed possible specifications of the handset. Lenovo's Project Tango handset is expected to feature a 6.4-inch Quad HD phablet and will be named the Lenovo PHAB2 Pro. Other specs are unknown, but it should come with various cameras. The last year's prototype tablets featured a 4 MP rear camera, 180-degree fish eye lens, a front-facing camera with a 120-degree field of vision and a depth camera shooting at 180 x 320 pixels, so we can expect at least that.
