Chromebooks are great devices for educational purposes and the biggest advantage is they are relatively cheap. With growing popularity, some manufacturers have started putting more efforts in designing them, and reportedly ASUS plans to launch a convertible Chromebook.

Back in 2015, the company launched the first convertible Chromebook, the ASUS Chromebook Flip, and now it is working on another convertible Chromebook that will be significantly more powerful. There is no word on specs, but it should come with a touchscreen display, tablet functionality and a 6th generation Intel Core Skylake processor.
